Stir-fried Zucchini
Summary:
This is a light and crisp vegetarian stir-fry, where zucchini retains its natural sweetness with minimal seasoning for a fresh and simple taste.
Ingredients:
Zucchini 300g (sliced)
Red bell pepper 50g (sliced, for color and flavor)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and slice the zucchini. Slice the red bell pepper.
2.Stir-fry zucchini:
Heat oil in a pan, add the zucchini slices, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.
3.Add seasonings:
Pour in soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well to coat evenly.
4.Finish and serve:
Add the red bell pepper, toss quickly, allow the sauce to slightly reduce, then turn off the heat and serve.
