Stir-fried Green Beans with Red Pepper

Summary:

This is a crisp and colorful vegetarian stir-fry, combining tender green beans with sweet red pepper, enhanced by simple seasoning.

Ingredients:

Green beans 300g (trimmed and julienned)
Red bell pepper 100g (julienned)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Trim the green beans and slice them into thin strips. Julienne the red bell pepper.

2.Blanching:
Bring water to a boil, blanch the green beans for 1 minute, then drain and rinse in cold water to keep their color.

3.Stir-fry green beans:
Heat oil in a pan, add the green beans, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until bright green.

4.Add red pepper and seasonings:
Add the red bell pepper, followed by soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well.

5.Finish and serve:
When vegetables are evenly coated and still crisp, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
