茄汁花椰菜

简介:

这是一道酸甜爽口、营养丰富的斋食菜肴,花椰菜搭配酸甜番茄酱汁,清爽可口,开胃又下饭。

材料:

花椰菜 300克(掰成小朵)

番茄 150克(去皮切碎)

红椒 50克(切丝)

生抽 1汤匙

番茄酱 2汤匙

白糖 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 适量

清水 适量

食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:

花椰菜掰小朵洗净,番茄去皮切碎,红椒切丝备用。

2.焯水处理:

锅中加水烧开,放入花椰菜焯烫1分钟,捞出过凉水沥干。

3.炒制番茄酱汁:

热锅加油,放入切碎的番茄炒至出汁,加入番茄酱、生抽、白糖、盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀,加适量清水煮成茄汁酱。

4.翻炒花椰菜:

放入焯好的花椰菜和红椒丝,翻炒均匀,让蔬菜均匀裹上茄汁酱。

5.完成装盘:

翻炒至汤汁浓稠包裹花椰菜后,盛出装盘即可享用。

Tomato Sauce Cauliflower

Summary:

This is a light and appetizing vegetarian dish, where tender cauliflower florets are coated in a sweet and tangy tomato sauce, perfect as a side dish.

Ingredients:

Cauliflower 300g (cut into small florets)

Tomato 150g (peeled and chopped)

Red bell pepper 50g (sliced)

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Tomato paste 2 tbsp

Sugar 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

White pepper powder to taste

Water as needed

Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:

Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets. Peel and chop the tomato. Slice the red bell pepper.

2.Blanch cauliflower:

Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the cauliflower for 1 minute, then drain and rinse in cold water.

3.Make tomato sauce:

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped tomatoes, and stir-fry until juicy. Add tomato paste, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well and add water to create a sauce.

4.Stir-fry vegetables:

Add blanched cauliflower and red bell pepper. Stir well until the sauce evenly coats the vegetables.

5.Finish and serve:

Cook until the sauce thickens and clings to the cauliflower. Transfer to a plate and serve hot.
