水果汤圆

简介:

这是一道清甜可口、软糯Q弹的斋食甜品,汤圆搭配新鲜水果和清甜汤汁,口感丰富又清爽。

材料:

糯米汤圆 200克(可选无馅或果馅)

草莓 50克(切小块)

猕猴桃 50克(去皮切块)

火龙果 50克(切块)

苹果 50克(去皮切块)

冰糖 适量

清水 800毫升

做法:

1.准备食材:

各种水果洗净去皮切块,汤圆备好。

2.煮汤圆:

锅中加水烧开,放入汤圆煮至浮起,再煮1分钟捞出备用。

3.熬煮糖水:

另起锅加入清水和冰糖,煮至冰糖完全融化,关火放凉。

4.组合水果与汤圆:

煮好的汤圆和切好的水果放入碗中,倒入放凉的糖水。

5.完成享用:

轻轻搅拌均匀,冷藏片刻或立即享用,口感软糯清甜,水果清新多汁。

Fruit Tangyuan

Summary:

This is a refreshing and chewy vegetarian dessert, combining soft glutinous rice balls with fresh fruits in a light, sweet syrup.

Ingredients:

Glutinous rice balls 200g (plain or fruit-filled)

Strawberries 50g (diced)

Kiwi 50g (peeled and diced)

Dragon fruit 50g (diced)

Apple 50g (peeled and diced)

Rock sugar to taste

Water 800ml

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:

Wash, peel, and dice all fruits. Prepare the glutinous rice balls.

2.Cook the tangyuan:

Bring water to a boil, add the tangyuan, and cook until they float. Simmer for another minute, then remove and set aside.

3.Make sweet syrup:

In a separate pot, combine water and rock sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves, then let cool.

4.Combine fruits and tangyuan:

In a serving bowl, combine cooked tangyuan and prepared fruits. Pour in the cooled syrup.

5.Serve and enjoy:

Gently mix, chill if desired, or serve immediately for a refreshing and chewy dessert.
