黑芝麻糯米糕
简介:
这是一道软糯香甜、芝麻浓香的斋食点心,糯米的Q弹与黑芝麻的醇香完美融合,简单健康又美味。
材料:
糯米粉 200克
熟黑芝麻粉 50克
白砂糖 30克
温水 160毫升
植物油 1汤匙(可选,增加柔软度)
熟黑芝麻 适量(表面装饰)
做法:
1.准备材料:
将糯米粉、黑芝麻粉、白砂糖放入大碗中混合均匀。
2.和面成团:
一边加入温水,一边搅拌,直至形成柔软且不粘手的糯米面团,必要时可加适量植物油增加柔软度。
3.整形入模:
将面团分成适合大小的块状,轻轻按压成型,放入蒸盘中。
4.蒸制成熟:
蒸锅加水烧开,放入糯米糕,大火蒸20分钟,取出后撒上熟黑芝麻点缀。
5.完成享用:
稍微放凉后即可享用,口感软糯香甜,芝麻香气浓郁。

Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour 200g
Roasted black sesame powder 50g
Granulated sugar 30g
Warm water 160ml

Instructions:
1.Prepare the mixture:
Combine glutinous rice flour, black sesame powder, and sugar in a large bowl.
2.Form the dough:
Gradually add warm water while mixing, until a soft, non-sticky dough forms. Add a little vegetable oil if desired for a softer texture.
3.Shape and place in steamer:
Divide the dough into portions, shape into small cakes, and place in a steaming tray.
4.Steam until cooked:
Bring water to a boil in a steamer, place the tray inside, and steam over high heat for 20 minutes. Garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
5.Serve:
Let cool slightly and enjoy the chewy, fragrant cakes with rich sesame flavor.
