腰果炒四季豆

简介:

这是一道口感清脆、香浓可口的斋食菜肴,四季豆的嫩脆与腰果的香酥相结合,营养丰富且风味独特。

材料:

四季豆 300克(去筋切段)
熟腰果 50克
红椒 50克(切丝)
生抽 1汤匙
素蚝油 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
四季豆去筋洗净,切段;红椒切丝,熟腰果备用。

2.焯水处理:
锅中加水烧开,放入四季豆焯烫2分钟,捞出沥干备用,以保持脆嫩口感。

3.翻炒四季豆:
热锅加油,放入四季豆翻炒1-2分钟至微微焦黄。

4.调味入味:
加入红椒丝、生抽、素蚝油、盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀。

5.加入腰果:
最后放入熟腰果,快速翻炒几下,使食材均匀混合后关火,盛出装盘即可享用。

Stir-fried Green Beans with Cashews

Summary:

This is a crunchy and flavorful vegetarian dish, where crisp green beans are combined with roasted cashews for a nutritious and delicious pairing.

Ingredients:

Green beans 300g (trimmed and cut into sections)
Roasted cashews 50g
Red bell pepper 50g (sliced)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Trim and wash the green beans, cut them into sections. Slice the red bell pepper and set aside the roasted cashews.

2.Blanching:
Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the green beans for 2 minutes, then drain to retain their crisp texture.

3.Stir-fry green beans:
Heat oil in a pan, add the green beans, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until slightly golden.

4.Seasoning:
Add red bell pepper, soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well to coat evenly.

5.Add cashews:
Finally, toss in the roasted cashews, stir quickly, then turn off the heat and serve immediately.
