黑米红豆饭
简介:
这是一道营养丰富、口感软糯的斋食主食,黑米与红豆的结合,带来自然的甜香和丰富的膳食纤维。
材料:
黑米 150克
红豆 100克
大米 50克(可选,增加软糯口感)
清水 适量
做法:
1.准备食材:
黑米、红豆、大米分别洗净,黑米和红豆浸泡4小时以上,以缩短炊煮时间。
2.混合食材:
将泡发后的黑米、红豆、大米一起放入电饭煲内胆,加入适量清水(比平常煮饭稍多一些)。
3.启动煮饭程序:
选择“杂粮饭”或“标准煮饭”模式,开始烹饪。
4.焖饭入味:
煮饭程序结束后,让米饭继续焖10分钟,使口感更加绵软。
5.完成享用:

Black Rice and Red Bean Rice

Ingredients:
Black rice 150g
Red beans 100g
White rice 50g (optional, for a softer texture)
Water as needed
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Rinse the black rice, red beans, and white rice. Soak the black rice and red beans for at least 4 hours to reduce cooking time.
2.Mix ingredients:
Add the soaked black rice, red beans, and white rice into a rice cooker, then pour in an appropriate amount of water (slightly more than usual).
3.Start cooking:
Select the “multigrain rice” or “standard rice” cooking mode and start the process.
4.Let it steam:
Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the rice to steam for another 10 minutes for a softer texture.
5.Serve and enjoy:
