小炒茶树菇

简介:

这是一道口感鲜嫩、风味独特的斋食小炒,茶树菇经过简单炒制,保留其原始的香气和弹嫩口感。

材料:

茶树菇 200克(洗净去根,切段)
红椒 50克(切丝)
生抽 1汤匙
素蚝油 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙
清水 适量

做法:

1.准备食材:
茶树菇去根洗净,切段,红椒切丝备用。

2.焯水处理:
锅中加水烧开,放入茶树菇焯烫1分钟,捞出沥干以去除杂味。

3.翻炒茶树菇:
热锅加油,放入茶树菇翻炒2分钟,使其出香味并微微变软。

4.加入调味料:
倒入生抽、素蚝油、盐和白胡椒粉,继续翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:
加入红椒丝快速翻炒30秒,使其保持爽脆,关火盛盘即可享用。

Stir-fried Agrocybe Aegerita Mushrooms

Summary:

This is a simple and flavorful vegetarian stir-fry, where the natural aroma and tender texture of agrocybe aegerita mushrooms are preserved through quick cooking.

Ingredients:

Agrocybe aegerita mushrooms 200g (washed, trimmed, and cut into sections)
Red bell pepper 50g (sliced)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Water as needed

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:
Trim and wash the agrocybe aegerita mushrooms, then cut them into sections. Slice the red bell pepper.

2.Blanching:
Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the mushrooms for 1 minute, then drain to remove any impurities.

3.Stir-frying mushrooms:
Heat oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant and slightly softened.

4.Adding seasonings:
Pour in soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder, and stir well.

5.Finishing:
Add the red bell pepper, stir-fry quickly for 30 seconds to retain its crunch, then turn off the heat and serve.
