青椒炒平菇

简介:

这是一道清爽脆嫩、鲜香可口的斋食快炒,平菇的嫩滑与青椒的清脆相互融合,简单调味突出原汁原味。

材料:

平菇 300克(撕成条)

青椒 150克(切丝)

红椒 50克(切丝)

生抽 1汤匙

素蚝油 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 适量

食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:

平菇撕成条状,青椒、红椒洗净切丝。

2.焯水处理:

锅中加水烧开,放入平菇焯烫1分钟去除杂味,捞出沥干。

3.翻炒青椒平菇:

热锅加油,放入青椒丝、红椒丝炒香,倒入焯好的平菇翻炒1分钟。

4.加入调味料:

倒入生抽、素蚝油、盐和白胡椒粉,翻炒均匀,让平菇和青椒充分吸收酱汁。

5.完成装盘:

略微收汁后关火,盛出装盘即可享用,清香鲜嫩,营养丰富。

Stir-fried Green Pepper and Oyster Mushrooms

Summary:

This is a light and flavorful vegetarian stir-fry, combining tender oyster mushrooms and crisp green peppers with simple seasoning to highlight their natural flavors.

Ingredients:

Oyster mushrooms 300g (torn into strips)

Green bell pepper 150g (sliced)

Red bell pepper 50g (sliced)

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

White pepper powder to taste

Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:

Tear oyster mushrooms into strips. Slice green and red bell peppers.

2.Blanch the mushrooms:

Bring water to a boil, blanch oyster mushrooms for 1 minute to remove excess moisture, then drain well.

3.Stir-fry peppers and mushrooms:

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry green and red bell peppers until fragrant. Add blanched oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute.

4.Add seasonings:

Add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well until evenly coated.

5.Finish and serve:

Let the sauce slightly reduce, then transfer to a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy the crisp and tender flavors.
