健康蘑菇汤
简介:
这是一道清淡鲜美、营养丰富的斋食汤品,精选多种菌菇慢煮,充分释放天然鲜香,滋补又健康。
材料:
香菇 100克(切片)
金针菇 100克(去根)
蟹味菇 100克(去根)
平菇 100克(撕小块)
胡萝卜 50克(切片)
豆腐 150克(切块)
红枣 5颗(去核)
枸杞 10克
生抽 1汤匙
素蚝油 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
清水 1000毫升
做法:
1.准备食材:
所有蘑菇分别洗净,胡萝卜切片,豆腐切块,红枣去核,枸杞洗净备用。
2.煮制汤底:
锅中加入清水,放入红枣和胡萝卜片,大火煮沸后转小火煮10分钟,熬出清香底汤。
3.加入蘑菇和豆腐:
倒入所有蘑菇和豆腐块,继续煮5分钟,至蘑菇完全熟透。
4.调味收尾:
加入生抽、素蚝油、盐和白胡椒粉调味,最后加入枸杞,稍煮1-2分钟。
5.完成享用:
汤鲜味美、清淡健康,盛入碗中即可享用。

Healthy Mushroom Soup
Summary:
This is a light, nutritious vegetarian soup made with a variety of mushrooms, slowly simmered to release their natural umami, perfect for a healthy diet.
Ingredients:
Shiitake mushrooms 100g (sliced)
Enoki mushrooms 100g (trimmed)
Shimeji mushrooms 100g (trimmed)
Oyster mushrooms 100g (torn into small pieces)
Carrot 50g (sliced)
Tofu 150g (cubed)
Red dates 5 (pitted)
Goji berries 10g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Water 1000ml
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Clean and prepare all mushrooms. Slice the carrot, cube the tofu, pit the red dates, and rinse the goji berries.
2.Make the broth:
In a pot, add water, red dates, and carrot slices. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes to create a light broth.
3.Add mushrooms and tofu:
Add all mushrooms and tofu cubes, then simmer for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
4.Season:
Add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Finally, add goji berries and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
5.Serve and enjoy:
Ladle into bowls and enjoy this light, nourishing, and healthy soup.
