清炒油菜花
简介:
这是一道清香爽口、简单快手的斋食家常菜,油菜花清脆鲜嫩,搭配简单调味,保留原汁原味。
材料:
油菜花 300克(洗净沥干)
红椒 50克(切丝)
生抽 1汤匙
素蚝油 1汤匙
盐 适量
白胡椒粉 适量
食用油 1汤匙
做法:
1.准备食材:
油菜花洗净沥干,红椒切丝备用。
2.热锅炒制:
热锅加油,放入油菜花大火翻炒1分钟。
3.加入调味料:
倒入生抽、素蚝油、盐和白胡椒粉,继续翻炒均匀。
4.加入红椒丝:
放入红椒丝翻炒30秒,增加色彩和清甜口感。
5.完成装盘:
炒至油菜花翠绿嫩脆,盛出装盘即可享用。

Stir-fried Rapeseed Flower
Summary:
This is a simple and refreshing vegetarian dish, where tender rapeseed flowers are quickly stir-fried to preserve their natural flavor and vibrant color.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed flowers 300g (washed and drained)
Red bell pepper 50g (sliced)
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Instructions:
1.Prepare ingredients:
Wash and drain the rapeseed flowers. Slice the red bell pepper.
2.Stir-fry:
Heat oil in a pan, add the rapeseed flowers, and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute.
3.Add seasonings:
Add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir to coat evenly.
4.Add red pepper:
Add sliced red bell pepper and stir-fry for another 30 seconds for color and sweetness.
5.Finish and serve:
Once the rapeseed flowers are tender and bright, transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
