桂花燕麦粥

简介:

这是一道清香宜人、营养丰富的斋食甜粥,燕麦的绵滑搭配桂花的淡雅香气,温润可口,适合早晚食用。

材料:

燕麦片 80克

干桂花 2克

红枣 5颗(去核切碎)

枸杞 10克

冰糖 适量

清水 800毫升

做法:

1.准备食材:

燕麦片、干桂花、红枣和枸杞分别洗净备用。

2.煮燕麦粥:

锅中加清水煮沸,加入燕麦片和红枣碎,中小火煮10分钟,不断搅拌避免粘底。

3.加入调味和配料:

加入枸杞和冰糖,继续煮5分钟至枸杞变软,冰糖完全融化。

4.加入桂花:

最后撒入干桂花,搅拌均匀,关火焖1分钟。

5.完成享用:

盛出后即可食用,清香绵甜,温润可口。

Osmanthus Oatmeal Porridge

Summary:

This is a fragrant and nourishing vegetarian porridge, blending the soft texture of oats with the delicate aroma of osmanthus flowers, perfect for breakfast or a light meal.

Ingredients:

Rolled oats 80g

Dried osmanthus flowers 2g

Red dates 5 (pitted and chopped)

Goji berries 10g

Rock sugar to taste

Water 800ml

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:

Rinse the rolled oats, dried osmanthus flowers, red dates, and goji berries.

2.Cook the oatmeal:

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add oats and chopped red dates, and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

3.Add toppings and sweetener:

Add goji berries and rock sugar, continue cooking for 5 minutes until the goji berries soften and the sugar fully dissolves.

4.Add osmanthus:

Sprinkle in the dried osmanthus flowers, stir well, cover the pot, and let sit for 1 minute to infuse the aroma.

5.Serve and enjoy:

Ladle into bowls and serve warm for a fragrant and comforting porridge.
