辣炒苋菜

简介:

这是一道色泽艳丽、辣香开胃的斋食快炒,苋菜柔嫩多汁,搭配简单调味,保留清香和营养。

材料:

苋菜 300克(洗净切段)

红椒 50克(切丝)

干辣椒 2根(剪段)

生抽 1汤匙

素蚝油 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 适量

食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:

苋菜洗净切段,红椒切丝,干辣椒剪段备用。

2.炒香辣椒:

热锅加油,放入干辣椒段小火炒香,激发辣味。

3.快速翻炒苋菜:

倒入苋菜和红椒丝,大火快速翻炒30秒至苋菜变软。

4.加入调味料:

加入生抽、素蚝油、盐和白胡椒粉,继续翻炒均匀。

5.完成装盘:

炒至苋菜完全软嫩且均匀裹上调味料时关火,盛出装盘即可享用。

Spicy Stir-fried Amaranth Greens

Summary:

This is a vibrant and flavorful vegetarian stir-fry, where tender amaranth greens absorb a fragrant spicy sauce, making it both refreshing and appetizing.

Ingredients:

Amaranth greens 300g (washed and cut into sections)

Red bell pepper 50g (sliced)

Dried chili peppers 2 (cut into sections)

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

White pepper powder to taste

Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:

Wash and cut the amaranth greens into sections. Slice the red bell pepper and cut dried chili peppers into sections.

2.Fry the chilies:

Heat oil in a pan, add dried chili peppers, and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

3.Stir-fry greens:

Add amaranth greens and red bell pepper. Stir-fry over high heat for 30 seconds until the greens begin to soften.

4.Add seasonings:

Add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well to evenly coat.

5.Finish and serve:

Once the greens are fully softened and well-seasoned, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
