糖醋番茄

简介:

这是一道酸甜可口、清爽开胃的斋食小菜,番茄的鲜美与糖醋汁完美融合,简单快手又十分美味。

材料:

番茄 300克(切块或切厚片)

生抽 1汤匙

米醋 1.5汤匙

白糖 1.5汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 适量

食用油 1汤匙

做法:

1.准备食材:

番茄洗净后切块或切厚片备用。

2.调制糖醋汁:

碗中加入生抽、米醋、白糖、盐和白胡椒粉,搅拌均匀备用。

3.煎香番茄:

热锅加少许油,放入番茄块,小火煎至表面略微焦黄,番茄稍微变软。

4.淋入糖醋汁:

倒入调好的糖醋汁,翻炒均匀,使番茄均匀裹上糖醋汁。

5.完成装盘:

炒至汤汁微微浓稠即可关火,盛出装盘,酸甜开胃,即可享用。

Sweet and Sour Tomatoes

Summary:

This is a simple and appetizing vegetarian dish, where fresh tomatoes are coated in a tangy-sweet sauce, making it both refreshing and flavorful.

Ingredients:

Tomatoes 300g (cut into chunks or thick slices)

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Rice vinegar 1.5 tbsp

Sugar 1.5 tbsp

Salt to taste

White pepper powder to taste

Cooking oil 1 tbsp

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:

Wash and cut the tomatoes into chunks or thick slices.

2.Mix sweet and sour sauce:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and white pepper powder. Stir well and set aside.

3.Pan-fry tomatoes:

Heat a little oil in a pan, add the tomatoes, and pan-fry over low heat until slightly caramelized and softened.

4.Add sauce:

Pour in the prepared sweet and sour sauce, stir well to coat the tomatoes evenly.

5.Finish and serve:

Cook until the sauce slightly thickens, then turn off the heat and serve warm.
