紫薯小米饭
简介:
这是一道香甜软糯的斋食主食,紫薯与小米搭配,口感细腻,富含膳食纤维,易消化且营养丰富,适合日常养生。
材料:
紫薯 200克(去皮,切小块)
小米 100克(洗净浸泡30分钟)
水 500毫升(或适量,根据个人口感调整)
做法:
1. 准备食材:
紫薯去皮,切成小块;小米淘洗干净,浸泡30分钟后沥干水分。
2. 加水煮制:
锅中加入小米和适量水,大火煮沸后转小火煮约10分钟。
3. 加入紫薯:
将紫薯块倒入锅中,与小米一起煮,再继续小火焖煮10-15分钟,期间轻轻搅拌防止糊底。
4. 收汁焖煮:
观察米饭的状态,待小米软烂、紫薯熟透且汤汁收至理想浓稠度后,关火焖5分钟,让口感更细腻。
5. 装碗享用:
将煮好的紫薯小米饭盛入碗中,可趁热享用,口感香甜软糯,也可作为养生早餐或主食搭配其他素菜。

Purple Sweet Potato Millet Rice

Instructions:
1. Prepare Ingredients:
Peel and dice the purple sweet potato into small cubes. Rinse the millet thoroughly and soak it for 30 minutes before draining.
2. Boil the Millet:
Add millet and water to a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the Purple Sweet Potato:
Add the diced purple sweet potato to the pot and continue simmering for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
4. Simmer Until Thickened:
Let the mixture cook until the millet is soft and the sweet potatoes are tender. Once the liquid is reduced to the desired consistency, turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
