打坐参禅
坐禅前的能量预备
坐禅并非一坐下便能深入。若身体疲惫、气息紊乱、心绪散乱,即使姿势正确,也难以安住。适当的能量预备,是让身心从日常状态,平稳过渡到禅修状态的关键步骤。
一、身体能量的唤醒
1.轻柔活动身体
伸展、转动关节,唤醒循环。
2.去除僵滞感
让身体进入可安坐的状态。
二、呼吸能量的调整
1.数次自然深呼吸
不是刻意控制,而是恢复节律。
2.呼吸与身体同步
让气息流遍全身。
三、心的能量预备
1.放下刚才的事务
不继续内在对话。
2.建立清晰意向
“此刻,只是坐着。”
四、过渡到正式坐禅
1.能量稳定而不亢奋
清醒但不紧张。
2.自然进入安住
无需强行切换。

能量预备不是多余步骤,而是为坐禅铺路。当身、息、心被妥善安顿,深入自然发生。

Sitting Meditation
Energetic Preparation Before Sitting Meditation
Meditation does not deepen simply by sitting down.If the body is tense, the breath unsettled, or the mind scattered,stillness is difficult to access.Energetic preparation helps the system transition from daily activity into meditative presence.
1.Awakening Bodily Energy
1.Gentle movement
Stretching and joint rotation stimulate circulation.
2.Releasing stiffness
Preparing the body for stillness.
2.Regulating Breath Energy
1.A few natural deep breaths
Not controlling,but restoring rhythm.
2.Synchronizing breath and body
Allowing energy to circulate.
3.Mental Preparation
1.Letting go of prior activities
Ending internal conversations.
2.Setting a simple intention
“Now, just sitting.”
4.Transition into Meditation
1.Energy is balanced
Alert, not agitated.
2.Entering stillness naturally
No forced shift.
