南瓜糯米丸
简介:
这是一道软糯香甜、营养丰富的斋食点心,南瓜的自然甜香搭配糯米的Q弹口感,简单健康又美味。
材料:
南瓜 200克(去皮去籽切块)
糯米粉 150克
细砂糖 20克(可根据口味调整)
熟白芝麻 适量(表面装饰)
食用油 适量(防粘)
清水 适量
做法:
1.准备食材:
南瓜去皮去籽切块,蒸锅水开后放入南瓜块,大火蒸15分钟至软烂。
2.制作南瓜糯米团:
蒸好的南瓜压成南瓜泥,加入细砂糖拌匀,然后逐步加入糯米粉,搅拌成柔软不粘手的南瓜糯米团。
3.搓丸成型:
取适量南瓜糯米团搓成小丸子,每个丸子表面均匀滚上熟白芝麻。
4.蒸制糯米丸:
将糯米丸放入蒸盘,蒸锅水开后放入蒸盘,蒸10分钟至丸子熟透透明。
5.完成装盘:
取出稍晾凉即可享用,软糯香甜,芝麻清香。

Pumpkin Glutinous Rice Balls
Summary:
This is a soft, chewy, and naturally sweet vegetarian dessert, combining the subtle sweetness of pumpkin with the pleasant chewiness of glutinous rice.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin 200g (peeled, deseeded, cut into chunks)
Glutinous rice flour 150g
Granulated sugar 20g (adjust to taste)
Toasted white sesame seeds as needed (for coating)
Cooking oil (optional, to prevent sticking)
Water as needed
Instructions:
1.Prepare the pumpkin:
Peel and deseed the pumpkin, cut into chunks, and steam over high heat for 15 minutes until soft.
2.Make the dough:
Mash the steamed pumpkin into a smooth paste, mix in sugar, and gradually add glutinous rice flour until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.
3.Shape the balls:
Roll the dough into small balls, then coat each ball evenly with toasted sesame seeds.
4.Steam the rice balls:
Arrange the rice balls in a steamer. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes until fully cooked and translucent.
5.Serve:
Let cool slightly and enjoy soft, chewy rice balls with a fragrant sesame coating.
