身心放松的核心在于让身体从紧绷中松开,让心从负荷中轻盈出来,使整个人回到自然、稳定、清明的状态。透过温和的觉察与平稳的节奏,放松成为身心重新恢复平衡与能量的入口。

一、什么是身心放松?

身心放松是一种透过调节呼吸、松开身体与安定心念,使内在由紧到松、由乱到稳的过程。它不是放空,也不是逃避,而是让身心从过度用力中解脱,重新回到自然的节奏。

二、身心放松的核心基础

1.觉察紧绷:先看见身体与情绪的紧张点。
2.降低反应:让心少一些冲动与自动化反应。
3.顺畅呼吸:透过自然呼吸带动全身松动。
4.稳定姿势:让身体在安全稳定下逐渐放松。

The essence of mind–body relaxation is to release physical tension and lighten mental burden, allowing the whole being to return to a natural, steady, and clear state. Through gentle awareness and a calm rhythm, relaxation becomes an entry point for restoring balance and vitality.

1. What Is Mind–Body Relaxation?

Mind–body relaxation is a process of easing the body, regulating the breath, and settling the mind, shifting the inner state from tightness to softness and from chaos to stability. It is not blankness or avoidance, but a release from excessive effort that brings one back to a natural rhythm.

2. The “Core Foundations” of Relaxation

1.Awareness of tension: Seeing where the body and emotions are tight.
2.Reducing reactivity: Less impulsive and automatic reactions from the mind.
3.Smooth breathing: Letting natural breath soften the whole body.
4.Stable posture: Allowing the body to relax within a sense of safety.
5.Allowing release: Not forcing or controlling—letting relaxation unfold naturally.
