增长定力的训练
定力不是靠意志压出来的,而是透过正确方法逐渐培养的。定力越深,心越稳;心越稳,智慧越容易生起。增长定力的训练,核心在于“稳、松、专、久”四个原则,让心自然安住而不强逼。
一、什么是定力?
1.心能够安住在一个对象上
不随声音、念头、情绪而跑。
2.心在变化中保持稳定
即使念头出现,也不会被带走。
3.心的专注轻松而持续
不是紧绷的专注,而是稳定的觉知。
4.定力是一种心的力量
它让心不散、不乱、不动摇。
二、为什么定力难以培养?
1.心习惯奔跑
它被训练成不断反应、判断、比较。
2.情绪推动心向外
欲望与恐惧让心无法停留当下。
3.过度用力导致反效果
越想专注,越无法专注。
4.缺乏方法与次第
定力需要结构训练,而非随性坐下。
三、增长定力的四个核心原则
1.稳:让身体稳固
身体不稳,心必定乱。
挺直、放松、安定的坐姿,是定力的根。
2.松:让呼吸与心柔软
越用力越不能定。
松,不是散,而是柔和、轻安。
3.专:让注意力停在一个对象
通常以呼吸、身体触觉或觉知本身作为依处。
对象越简单,定力越容易深。
4.久:持续练习的力量
定力不是一两天的成果,是每天积累的心力。
四、训练定力的具体方法
1.以呼吸为锚点
感受吸进来
感受呼出去
感受呼吸自然变化
当心走开时,温柔带回来。
2.用身体的触感稳定心
例如:腹部起伏、双手触地、重量感、温度感。
身体是最不抽象的对象,非常适合培养定。
3.数息帮助心更专注(适合初学者)
吸 1
呼 2
吸 3
呼 4
数到 10 再从头开始。
当数乱了,不要责备,轻柔回到 1。
4.延长安住时间
开始 5 分钟、10 分钟、20 分钟,逐渐增加坐的时间,让心保持更久的安定。

洗碗专注动作
开车专注路况
说话专注对方
日常安住能让坐姿中的定力提升更快。
五、什么时候表示你的定力正在增长?
1.心跑掉时更快觉察
2.念头变慢、不再连续

5.情绪更难扰动你
6.坐得更久也不累
7.觉知更轻盈、清晰
定力不是把世界关掉,而是心不再被世界带走。

Training to Strengthen Concentration
Concentration (Samādhi) is not forced by willpower—it is cultivated through methodical practice. A concentrated mind is steady, calm, and capable of deep insight. Strengthening concentration requires the qualities of stability, relaxation, focus, and consistency.
1.What Is Concentration?
1.The ability to rest the mind on one object
Not pulled by thoughts, emotions, or external stimuli.
2.Stability in the midst of change
Thoughts may arise, but the mind does not chase them.
3.Gentle yet sustained attention
Effortless stability, not tense focus.
4.A mental strength
A mind that does not scatter or waver.
2.Why Is Concentration Difficult to Develop?
1.The mind is trained to run
Constantly reacting and comparing.
2.Emotions push the mind outward
Desire and fear make the mind restless.
3.Too much effort backfires
Striving prevents calmness.
4.Lack of structure
Concentration requires a clear step-by-step approach.
3.Four Core Principles for Building Concentration
1.Stability: posture grounded
A steady body supports a steady mind.
2.Relaxation: soft breath, soft mind
Ease deepens concentration.
3.Focus: stay with one object
Breath, touch, or awareness itself.
4.Consistency: daily practice
Concentration grows through repetition.
4.Practical Methods for Strengthening Concentration
1.Use the breath as an anchor
Feel the inhale and exhale.
Return gently whenever the mind wanders.
2.Use bodily sensations
Posture, weight, touch—simple and effective objects for stabilizing awareness.
3.Counting the breath (for beginners)
Inhale 1
Exhale 2
… up to 10, then begin again.
Wandering is normal; simply restart.
4.Extend the duration
5 minutes → 10 minutes → 20 minutes
Longer sitting allows deeper stability.
5.Train concentration in daily activities
Walking
Eating
Washing dishes
Driving
Listening
Every moment becomes a chance to strengthen attention.
