内观,是向内观察身心运作的过程。为了避免迷失方向,内观必须有明确的路径与原则,才能真正进入深层觉察。

一、什么是内观的必要方向?

它是指在观察身心时,必须朝向真实、当下、直接的体验,而不是落入思考、想象或分析。内观强调“如实看见”。

二、内观的核心方向

1.由外入内:从身体触点进入觉察。

2.由粗到细:从明显感受走向细微感受。

3.由表入里:从感受进入情绪、念头的根部。

4.由散到稳:从杂乱的心进入安定的觉察。

5.由紧到松:从紧绷走向松开与宽广。

1.From outer to inner: Starting with bodily sensations.

3.From surface to depth: From sensations to emotional and mental roots.
