什么是打坐:静心之门

打坐是一种安定身体、调顺呼吸、澄明心念,使人回到清净当下的静心方法。

一、打坐的本质:让心回到当下

打坐并不是为了追求神秘体验,也不是为了让头脑一片空白。它的本质,是让心从奔腾的念头与外境的牵引中抽离,重新回到“此时此刻”的真实存在。

1.停止无意识的忙乱

平日的心念如同奔跑的马,打坐让它慢下来、稳下来。

2.让心不再被外界牵动

无论外在喧嚣或安静,心都能保持稳定与清明。

3.觉察当下,而不是沉浸过去或未来

打坐让人活在此刻,而非沉在思想的洪流中。

二、打坐的关键:身、息、心的整合

打坐的力量来自身体、呼吸与心念的协调。

1.身安则心易安

姿势稳固、不用力,是打坐的基础。

呼吸自然柔和,能迅速安抚情绪与压力。
