禅修的真正起点,不在技巧,也不在形式,而在愿意回到自己、回到当下的那一念。禅修是一种让心从奔忙与混乱中松开、回到清明与安稳的方法,使人重新连接真实的体验与内在的力量。
一、禅修是什么?
禅修是一种透过稳定身体、调柔呼吸、观照心念,使心逐渐回到宁静与觉醒状态的修心方式。它不是追求特殊体验,而是透过简单而持续的练习,让心从外在纷扰与内在执着中解脱,重新安住当下。
二、禅修的“内在基础”
1.愿意看见:不逃避、不修饰,接受当下的心。
2.停下自动反应:放下由情绪与习性驱动的冲动。
3.柔软呼吸:以自然呼吸带动心的松开与稳定。
