茶树菇炖冬瓜

简介:

这是一道清淡鲜美、汤汁醇厚的斋食炖菜,茶树菇的浓郁菌香与冬瓜的清甜完美融合,营养丰富,清爽不腻。

材料:

茶树菇 100克(干茶树菇提前泡发)

冬瓜 300克(去皮切块)

红枣 5颗(去核)

枸杞 10克

生抽 1汤匙

素蚝油 1汤匙

盐 适量

白胡椒粉 适量

清水 800毫升

做法:

1.准备食材:

茶树菇泡发洗净,冬瓜去皮切块,红枣去核,枸杞泡水备用。

2.焯水处理:

茶树菇冷水下锅煮沸2分钟,去除杂味,捞出沥干备用。

3.煮汤炖煮:

锅中加入清水,放入茶树菇、红枣,大火煮沸后转小火炖煮20分钟。

4.加入冬瓜调味:

放入冬瓜、生抽、素蚝油、盐和白胡椒粉,继续炖10分钟至冬瓜透明。

5.完成装盘:

放入枸杞稍煮1分钟即可关火,盛入汤碗享用,清香爽口又营养。

Stewed Tea Tree Mushrooms with Winter Melon

Summary:

This is a light and flavorful vegetarian stew, combining the rich aroma of tea tree mushrooms with the delicate sweetness of winter melon, making a nourishing and refreshing dish.

Ingredients:

Tea tree mushrooms 100g (dried, soaked and cleaned)

Winter melon 300g (peeled and cubed)

Red dates 5 (pitted)

Goji berries 10g

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

White pepper powder to taste

Water 800ml

Instructions:

1.Prepare ingredients:

Soak tea tree mushrooms until soft, then clean thoroughly. Peel and cube the winter melon. Pit the red dates and soak the goji berries.

2.Blanch mushrooms:

Place tea tree mushrooms in cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes to remove impurities. Drain and set aside.

3.Start the broth:

In a pot, add water, tea tree mushrooms, and red dates. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.

4.Add winter melon and seasonings:

Add winter melon, soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder. Simmer for another 10 minutes until the winter melon turns translucent.

5.Finish and serve:

Add goji berries and cook for 1 more minute. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy warm.
